\n<\/strong>Your room will be ready for occupancy by 14.00 o\u2019clock<\/strong>. If you wish, you can leave your car with us earlier. A luggage room is available.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>You will find a bath towel for your wellness stay in your wardrobe. Please take both back to your room after using them. The bath towel can be changed on request, just put it in the bathtub or shower. In the wellness area there are small towels for the saunas to sit on. If you like to have an additional bath towel for the sauna, you are welcome to ask for it at the front desk.<\/p>\n
\nFor sustainability reasons, we recommend that you bring your own bathing shoes. If you do not have any, we will be happy to provide you with disposable bathing shoes for CHF 5.00 at reception.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>We are happy to provide you with a bathroom stool and anti-slip mats for the shower or bath on request.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>You can park your bike in our underground garage on the right side after the garage door. Even if the garage is closed at night, we recommend securing your bike with an additional lock. Sockets are available there for charging e-bikes.<\/p>\n
\nFor cold days we can bring you a second blanket or a woolen blanket. Please ask at the front desk or call the number 111. Allergic bedding<\/strong> is also available on request.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>There are bookcases in the TV room with a wide selection of books in various languages. Ask for the key to the bookcases at the front desk if you have run out of holiday reading material. You are also welcome to add your “read out” book to our library by handing it in at the front desk.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>In summer, the FLF Shuttle (local bus) and the post bus run along the main road between Falera and Bargis. In winter, our hotel bus (in front of the main entrance) and the shuttle (right next to the hotel) will take you comfortably to the Flims valley station and back again. You can get the timetables at the front desk. All public transport between Flims, Laax and Falera as well as all local buses can be used free of charge with the guest card. Exception: Bargis Shuttle and Nightliner.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Outdoor parking is available free of charge above the front desk, directly under the main building (at the garage entrance) and after the hotel on the left hand side (large car park). Please park in a space-saving manner. The church car park in opposite is subject to a charge and does not belong to the hotel (in winter there is also a night parking ban).<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Are you planning a meeting, further education or a holiday week with using a group room? Our conference room is equipped with the necessary technology (beamer, flipchart, etc.) and offers a relaxing view of the countryside through the panorama window. \n<\/strong>Your room will be cleaned daily by our cleaning staff. Change of towels and bath towels is done on request by placing towels on the bathroom floor. Hanging towels are not changed out of consideration for our environment. For a one-week stay, we change the bed linen once. Please let us know at the front desk if you would like to do without or if you would like us to change your bed linen more often. Out of love for the environment, we choose sustainable products for our cleaning products.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>In the wardrobe you will find a safe which you can lock and open with your own numerical code. The maximum insured amount is CHF 3000.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Has a button fallen off your shirt or has the seam come undone? We will be happy to help you out at the front desk with sewing kit. If you wish, we can do this for you as well. Please hand in the defective garment at front desk.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>There is a shoe shine machine in the main building at the basement and at the entrance to the Villa Selva. If your shoes get dirty during a walk in the woods, you are welcome to clean them there. Additional shoeshine utensils can be obtained at the reception.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>You can reach our ski room by going down the stairs to the left of the main entrance, by taking the stairs in the main house to the basement (-1) or through the garage. There you can deposit your winter equipment. There are also plenty of boot warmers, so you can slip into dry, warm boots the next day. Please do not walk through the hotel with ski boots.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>In the corridor between the ski room and the garage you will find some sledges and slides to borrow free of charge. If they are already taken, there is the possibility to rent sports sledges directly at the valley station Flims.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>We are a non-smoking hotel and ask you to refrain from smoking in the entire house. It is permitted on the balcony or terrace and in front of the main entrances. Please close the balcony door.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>We will be happy to fill your thermos flask with hot water or lend you one from the hotel. Please contact the service office during breakfast or dinner or the front desk.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>You can reach our front desk by dialing 111. From room to room, simply dial the room number. The rooms do not have an external direct line, but you are welcome to tell your loved ones our main number +41 (0)81 911 35 35. Incoming calls will be forwarded to you as long as the front desk is manned.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Use the “Guide” button on your remote control to call up the channel list. You will find a summary of channels on your desk and a detailed channel list is available in paper form at the front desk or you can download it here<\/a>. Please be considerate of your neighbours regarding the volume.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>If you would like to give some tip to our staff, we have a small “treasure chest” at front desk. At the end of the season, this will be distributed fairly to all those who work with us.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>The tap water in the room comes from the Flims mountain and is good drinking water. Please order our “Grander water”, a revitalised water or mineral water with or without sparkling water, from the service desk or at the front desk.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Our wellness facility “Auas Sparsas” with heated outdoor wellness pool, bio swimming pond, various saunas, steam baths, Kneipp fountain is open daily from 13.00 to 19.00 o\u2019clock (swimming pool to 20.00 o\u2019clock) in winter season and can be used free of charge by our house guests. In summer the swimming pool is open from 07.00 to 21.00, the saunas from 13.00 to 19.00 o\u2019clock.
